then you have to have your dad teach you – because his are the best, there is nothing gritty about his, even I know how to make them, his are very light and airy…the best matzo balls ever..I could not exsist without matzo balls in my soup..

We’re not big matza ball fans. It might be that they’re a little more gritty than a good flour dumping, which is super light and airy.

As always Martin, we LOVE your photos! Thank you for doing that! And, it was SO fun for us to have the 3 siblings (Grover, Cosmo, Monty) together again — what a blast watching them RUN around together! And, yes, Jerry from Oklahoma (Charlie’s dad — and Charlie is Grover’s Aunt since she is Paisa’s sister) really enjoyed the day, AND, the photos! Charlie really has been great to have around the house for this last while – this week is going by SO fast!
Hope you enjoyed your photos shoot with Jason and Darcy on Sat.

I LOVE it! And, I think that Jason and Darcie (the photographers for your photo shoot) are absolutely fantastic people … I can’t think of many better photographers! They were recommended to us from my friend who used to head up the Advertising department for the bank I worked for (HSBC) and they photographed our wedding. We have had many wonderful comments about those photos. I’d recommend Revival Arts Studio in a heartbeat! Glad you also got to experience working with them!
