Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day

The dough after it came out of the mixer 1 hour of rising 2 hours of rising. After this is starts to fall back down a bit. Then you toss it in the fridge and cut off and form a chunk when you want bread.
Here's a formed loaf. Two loaves brushed with water and ready to bake. And the finished loaves. They have a nice chewy artisan style texture. SOOO GOOD!!

It takes about 10 minutes to make all of the dough and then about 5 minutes of your time whenever you want bread. Plus an hour for it to rise and another 30 minutes to cook.
